We are very excited to launch the PriceGuidePro Mobile App. The current desktop version of PGP has gotten very positive feedback in general, but you have told us the mobile experience is less than perfect. We listened! This new mobile app is a fully redesigned, built-from-scratch mobile application synced with your regular (desktop) PGP account. You will be able to seamlessly go between the mobile app and the desktop version in real-time. The mobile app is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android devices.

Q: “I already use PGP on my mobile device using the desktop version on a browser, will I lose data if I get rid of that off my home screen?”
A: No. No data will be lost if you remove the old PGP icon from your device. If you see a PGP icon with a white background, that is the OLD desktop version, and you should remove it and download the appropriate version for your device (see QR codes above).
Q: “If I have carts or lists on the desktop version, will I see them in the mobile App?”
A: Yes. You can seamlessly go between the mobile app and the desktop version. All data will be present in real time regardless of which version you are using.
Q: “How do I log in to the Mobile App once it is downloaded?
A: You will need to know your PGP username and password for the first login. If you cannot remember your password, you will need to reset it by using the link below the login button. Once you are logged in, you will be able to use the facial recognition capabilities of your phone if you wish.
