At Motor State Distributing, we maintain our commitment to maximizing value for our customers. This includes in our shipping programs. As carriers continue to increase costs, we work tirelessly to negotiate better rates for our customers, improve our shipping discounts and transit times, and incorporate new programs to provide added value.
All carriers have annual rate increases across the board. To help offset these increases and give our customers a competitive advantage, we continue to improve the discounts we offer on standard rates, and look for additional service options that will benefit our customers.
Freight Assistance Program
Our Freight Assistance Program provides significant discounts off the standard published shipping rates for carrier options including FedEx, UPS, and Purolator for Canadian customrers. Please see the Terms and Conditions for details on our discount programs.

Program Terms & Conditions
Backorders: Customers are routinely given an opportunity to add additional items to backorders prior to shipment. Program rates and discounts will apply when the combined value of added items and the backorder meet the criteria.
Drop Ship Orders: The Freight Assistance Program rates and discounts will apply to all drop ship orders leaving our facility and will be charged an additional handling fee of $1.75.
General Terms & Conditions: Motor State Distributing reserves the right to choose the carrier and method of transportation for each order. Any order shipped where a customer requires an alternative carrier or special method(s) of transport will not be eligible for program rates. The Freight Assistance Program applies only to orders and products leaving our facility, and drop ship order shipping directly from any of our manufacturers to a dealer will not qualify for program rates. Motor State Distributing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Freight Assistance Program at any time and without advanced notice.
